L2 · DRIVER ASSIST[ ALLOWED ]The driver supervises at all times and stays fully responsible. Tesla FSD (Supervised) falls in this category.

L3 · MOTORWAY PILOT[ ALLOWED ]Since 01.03.2025, on motorways, for approved systems: hands off the wheel, ready to take over when prompted.

L4 · DRIVERLESS[ PERMIT ]On routes approved by the authorities, with remote supervision by an operator.

AUTOMATED PARKING[ ALLOWED ]Without a driver inside, only in designated car parks.

L5 · FULL AUTOMATION[ NO FRAMEWORK ]No legal basis.
